OwnerFirst Property is an online platform that empowers property owners to list, manage, and sell their properties directly — without the need for a traditional real estate agent.
How much does it cost to list a property?
We offer three packages: Residential ($799 for Sales, $179 for Rentals), Commercial ($799 for Sales, $599 for Rentals), and Business ($799 for Sales only). Each package includes a full property listing with photos and buyer offer management.
What documents do I need to sign up?
You'll need to upload identification documents such as your Driver's License, Council Rates Notice, and Medicare Card. You can also upload additional identification under the 'Other' category.
How do buyers submit offers?
Buyers can submit a formal Letter of Offer through our Buyer Portal. They'll provide their details, offer amount, deposit, settlement period, and any conditions — all submitted securely through the platform.
Can I edit my property listing after it's published?
Yes! You can update your property details, photos, pricing, and description at any time through your Client Dashboard.
Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. We use AES-256-GCM encryption for all sensitive data including buyer information, documents, and service contacts. Your data is protected to the highest industry standards.
What is the Service Directory?
The Service Directory connects you with trusted professionals such as conveyancers, photographers, building inspectors, and more — all vetted partners available at competitive rates.
Can I list commercial or business properties?
Yes, we support residential, commercial, and business property listings. Simply choose the appropriate package when signing up.
